Peace in her arms

After a heavy sigh,
He said 'you know there's this world'
'A world wherein the sun always shines'

Moving closer to him, she listened intently.

Slowly turning his back to her, he continued,
'A world wherein the sun rises to my reach'
'With a warmth felt as in a mother's womb'
'A womb, so peaceful, held around arms'
'The arms that gave me my breath, my life'

Tearing up, she held him from behind.
