In a black Saree, his favorite,
She waited to surprise him.

But he stormed in, all tired and restless,
Walking right past her.

Disappointed and upset,
Yet, she kept quiet!
But as she lingered, patiently,
He looked back and as he did,
He stopped, dropped everything,
Moved towards her and held her.

As he looked at her,
The world outside dulled away
For there was this calm that set,
The calm that made him realize,
That she made his world worthwhile.
